The right candidate will have a growth mindset and be looking to continually develop as a practitioner. The successful applicant will be passionate about maths. They will be well organised and willing to go the ‘extra mile’. They will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have a proven track record of successful teaching across different key stages and believe that all students can succeed in maths.
